CHILD PLAY THERAPY

Through play, I help children express their emotions and experiences, addressing a range of challenges and fostering emotional regulation and social skills.

Psychodynamic play therapy is a type of psychotherapy that uses play to help children express their thoughts and feelings. Psychodynamic play therapy is based on the idea that children's play is a way for them to communicate their inner world. Psychodynamic play therapy can help children with a variety of emotional and behavioral problems, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavior therapy skills are integrated into the play when appropriate to emphasize emotion regulation and social skills.
