ADHD
I combine practical skills and deeper exploration to help clients with ADHD understand and manage their symptoms, leading to improved overall functioning.
When working with clients who have ADHD, I use a skills-based and depth-oriented approach to understanding and addressing their difficulties. The skills-based component of my approach involves practical strategies for coping with the symptoms of ADHD, such as time management, organization, and attention training. The depth-oriented component involves exploring the underlying emotional and psychological factors that may be contributing to the client's ADHD symptoms and difficulties. By combining these two approaches, I aim to help clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their ADHD, and to equip them with the skills and strategies they need to manage their symptoms and improve their overall functioning.
